"I booked a GoGet van last weekend…"
I booked a GoGet van last weekend it was a bit rough. There were crumbs on the seats, the dash was dusty, and there was a strange smell inside that made it feel like it hadn’t really been checked over properly. It drove fine, but the outside had scratches all over it and the back wasn’t clean either. For what it cost, I was expecting it to be in much better condition

"Easy pickup and no hassle"
Booked a car through GoGet it was straightforward. The car was just around the corner from me, and unlocking it worked first go, which was a relief. Like I said, it was all really simple and saved me a lot of messing around. I’d definitely use it again.

"I feel stupid for trusting them"
The communication was hit or miss. Replies came late, and I kept waiting around thinking they’d get back to me sooner. To be fair, when they did respond, they explained things okay, but the delays made the whole experience frustrating. I feel kind of stupid for trusting them to handle it better.

"Damage Was Handled, But Replies Were Slow"
I reported the damage and, to be fair, that part was handled fine. My main issue was that the replies took longer than I expected. I found myself waiting around for updates more than I would’ve liked, which made the whole process feel a bit more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Pretty decent first GoGet experience"
I used a GoGet car over the weekend and it was cleaner than I expected. There were a few crumbs near the seat, so not totally spotless, but nothing too bad. Booking it was really easy too, which was a nice surprise. Curious if other people usually find the cars in good condition as well?

"I like the idea of GoGet…"
I like the idea of GoGet, and the app itself is mostly fine, but the car locations are really hit and miss. Where I live, there are barely any cars nearby, so what should be a simple quick booking turns into a long walk or me just giving up. It probably works better if you’re in the inner suburbs, but for me it ends up making a simple thing way harder than it needs to be.

"Signup Took Longer Than Expected"
I tried signing up for GoGet because I just wanted to get set up and book a car, but the whole process ended up feeling more frustrating than I expected. There were documents to upload, a bit of waiting around, and a few steps that weren’t very clear. Support did get back to me eventually, but not quickly enough to really ease the uncertainty. By the time it was sorted, I felt a bit less confident about using the service. Hopefully they can make the signup smoother and more straightforward.

"Quick, Helpful Support When I Needed It"
I had a small issue where my booking wasn’t showing up correctly, so I reached out to support expecting it to take a while. To my surprise, they got back to me quickly and sorted it out without a lot of back and forth. The person helping me was friendly, explained what had happened, and made me feel like everything was under control. The app was a little confusing at first, which is why I’m giving 4 stars, but the support team definitely gave me confidence that if something goes wrong, they’ll handle it well.

"Good value for occasional driving"
I’ve been using GoGet for a few months now, and for me the pricing works out way better than owning a car. A car I only really need for shopping trips or random weekend stuff, so paying just when I use it makes more sense. Also nice is not dealing with rego or insurance headaches. Happy with the value so far.

"Verification took longer than expected"
Account verification was fine overall, but it definitely took longer than I expected. I had to upload my details a second time, which was annoying. It did get sorted in the end, so I’m not too upset, but if this happens again I’d seriously think about leaving and using something else.

The cars are fine, but wow, trying to find a free parking spot near the pickup area is so annoying. I kept circling around and immediately got frustrated because it felt like such a waste of time. The service itself is okay, but the parking situation really needs to be better

I had an issue with my booking and, uh, support did get it sorted out in the end. It just took a bit longer than I was hoping, which was kind of annoying. Overall not a bad experience, just a little frustrating at the time.

I’ve been using GoGet on and off for little trips around town, like errands, picking stuff up, or when I don’t feel like dealing with public transport with a bag of groceries. Most of the time there’s a car close to where I live, which is great because I’m usually booking it at the last minute after remembering I need to be somewhere. Weekdays are generally really easy and there are usually a couple of different cars nearby to choose from. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is that weekends can be a bit hit and miss, especially if I leave it too late. Still, it’s been really useful overall and definitely makes not owning a car feel much more manageable.

"Mostly Reliable and Fairly Straightforward"
I’ve used GoGet a few times now, and the app lock and unlock has worked reliably for me. There was one time in a carpark where it lagged a bit, which was annoying, but it sorted itself out after about a minute. I think it’s only fair to judge a service by how it performs overall, and in my experience it’s been dependable.
